1. click x171ls190plus.exe, it will extract a directory called xampplite

2. Extract/Copy to wherever you like

3. In the extracted Directory, click LS_install_and_start.bat, 
it will set up xampp, start xampp, 
install the LimeSurvey database and open InternetExplorer on LimeSurveys Admin Loginpage. 
You will be prompted to hit any key during xampp setup several times. Just do so!
